Auto Attendant Recording
You can record a message using a digital voice recorder, however, for Horizon you need to convert your recorded message to a Wav file format, this is so that Horizon can recognise the file.

Navigate the site and choose and choose to convert to WAV file.
Choose the following settings for the conversion process:
- 8bit - 8000 Hz - Mono - PCM mu-law
This will create the file in readiness for uploading
