Where can I find the Netsweeper certificate?

You can download the latest certificate from our downloads area, or alternatively you can request a copy from our support desk.

Is the certificate the same for all the devices that I use?

Yes, the certificate can be installed on all the different types of devices.

How can I tell if the certificate is installed on my Chrome device?

You can do this by navigating to (Settings > Advanced > Privacy and Security > Manage Certificates), select Trusted Root Certification Authorities, from the pop-up screen, the certificate should be displayed here.

I know I have installed the certificate but it isn't working as expected?

Sometimes even though the certificate has been installed it is not set to be a trusted certificate, to check this navigate to (Settings > General > About > Certificate Trust Settings). Under "Enable full trust for root certificates", turn on trust for the certificate
